Smudger Brush applies the Powder Foundation as a concealer. Simply wet the Smudger with water, roll it into powder foundation and then apply to any discolorations or dark spots on the face to even skin tone. Allow to dry, then apply Powder Foundation as usual for smooth and even coverage.
