How Our Pre-Order Loaner Kit Offer Works After you receive the kit, you will have two weeks to keep it. We must receive the kit back from US customers in three weeks; international customers, in four weeks. We must also receive your order online before the kit returns to us or we will reject the kit and send it back to you. After you have placed your order online, you will receive a $60 credit off the remaining balance after we receive the kit. The credit will reflect on the Start of Production notice for your wig or hair unit. This loaner program has been implemented for serious buyers only so that they can preview our hair and make informed choices without having to pay the entire $75 for a kit they will use only once. Please help us keep this program available. Do not abuse it! Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. We suggest return shipping with the United States Postal Service, which will cost less than other couriers. All items in the Kit must be returned to us exactly as it was sent to you. The measure tape must be returned and all hair swatches must be on the ring or we will not honor the $60 credit toward your purchase and return the kit to you because you will have purchased it for $75.
