SHIPPING TERMS
Please read carefully to avoid confusion with your orders.

MsLola.com understands the necessity of our products to customers and that quick shipping is very important, therefore orders usually ship within 48 business hours after being received but can take up to 72 hours depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. If you have not received an email from UPS or USPS with tracking details after 72 business hours, email us and we will be happy to provide this information for you.Please Note: We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES:

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. You must choose USPS shipping for these addresses, as we no longer automatically ship PO Box orders with USPS. Please note: If you request that we intercept and reroute the package, you will have to pay UPS's fee of $15.

UPS Ground: up to 7 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air: up to 2 business days

UPS 3 Day Select (certain locations only): up to 3 business days

UPS Next Day Air Saver: up to 1 business day

UPS International Standard (Canada): up to 5 business days

UPS Worldwide Saver (International Countries): up to 3 business days

USPS DOMESTIC PRIORITY (inside U.S. ONLY; Tracking is not available, only confirmation after delivery.): 2-3 business days (Please Note: Ms Lola's processing time for USPS orders can take 2-3 business days.)

USPS International Express: 5-7 business days (can take up to 3 weeks or longer; tracking is not available, only confirmation after delivery.)

USPS International Priority: 6-10 (can take up to 3 weeks or longer; tracking is not available, only confirmation after delivery.)

UPS offers reliable tracking throughout entire transit for all deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Delivery times with USPS are very unreliable, and can take up to 5 weeks. MsLola.com has no control over the transit or delivery times and we will not be held accountable for slow deliveries after we have handed packages over to USPS. To avoid frequent problems that have arisen with the US Postal Service, WE STRONGLY URGE you to select UPS Worldwide Saver so that packages can be delivered more securely with reliable tracking throughout transit. Also note: international deliveries may be delayed by your country's Customs/Import department. Additional charges may be requested later if we need to pay additional costs to UPS / USPS. We will contact you for the payment before your package will be shipped.
