PLEASE NOTE: Even if PayPal has approved your payment, We WILL NOT accept it if the billing and shipping information is different. This means "the billing name and address must exactly match the shipping name and address" or the payment will be refunded and the order will be cancelled. This is the policy of MsLola.com, instituted to eliminate fraud and to safeguard customer purchases. If your order must ship to an address other than the billing address, you need to place the order with us at 252-337-9844 so that we may verify the billing information first.

IMPORTANT: The United States Postal Service is no longer a shipping option at checkout. If your billing and shipping address is a PO Box, choose UPS at checkout and we will ship the order with USPS. PLEASE NOTE: PO Box orders can take up to 72 business hours to ship.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to addresses that are not the billing addresses.

IMPORTANT! Emails will no longer be sent to notify customers of order cancellations due to billing and shipping inconsistences since this message is posted on each page of MsLola.com to clearly notify everyone of our billing and shipping policy.

A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED AT DELIVERY FOR ORDERS THAT TOTAL $250 OR MORE.

These orders will be accessed an additional $5 shipping cost because UPS has increased the charge for signature required deliveries.

This policy ensures that customers will be reimbursed if orders are loss or stolen in transit. If you wish to waive a signature at delivery you must place the order by phone and accept sole responsibility in the event of loss or theft.

SHIPPING TERMS
MsLola.com understands the necessity of our products to customers and that quick shipping is very important, therefore orders usually ship within 48 business hours after being received but can take up to 72 hours depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. If a delay is encountered longer than 72 hours, we will notify customers via email. We will not be held accountable for delayed shipping if customers do not reply timely to our emails.

If you do not receive an email from UPS or USPS with tracking details after 72 business hours, you may email us and we will be happy to provide this information for you.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.)

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES:
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. If your shipping address is either, SELECT UPS Ground. We will automatically change shipping method to the US Postal Service. Delivery usually takes less than 1 week but can take up to 4 weeks depending on speed of the military courier and your location.

  5. UPS International Standard (Delivery to Canada with collect GST/PST import/customs fees)

  6. UPS Worldwide Saver (Delivery to International Countries with collect GST/PST import/customs fees)
    - up to 3 weekdays
  7. USPS International Express - up to 5-7 days but can take up to 3 weeks or longer
  8. USPS International Priority - up to 6-10 days but can take up to 3 weeks or longer

UPS offers reliable tracking throughout entire transit for all deliveries; Tracking is not possible with any USPS deliveries, only confirmation after packages are received. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Delivery times with USPS are very unreliable, and can take up to 5 weeks. MsLola.com has no control over the transit or delivery times and we will not be held accountable for slow deliveries after we have handed packages over to USPS. To avoid frequent problems that have arisen with the US Postal Service, WE STRONGLY URGE you to select UPS Worldwide Saver so that packages can be delivered more securely with reliable tracking throughout transit. Also note: international deliveries may be delayed by your country's Customs/Import department. Additional charges may be requested later if we need to pay additional costs to UPS / USPS. We will contact you for the payment before your package will be shipped.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR STOCK WIGS AND HAIR UNITS
Ms Lola makes every attempt to represent stock wigs and hair units accurately so that customers will be happy with their purchases. However in a few instances, customers may receive a unit and decide it is not right for them and wish to return it. In these cases, Ms Lola will issue store credit minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges that can be applied to any future purchase of equal or lesser value. Cash refunds will not be issued.

IMPORTANT!! New policy about the sell of synthetic wigs: The wig you will receive is pre-styled from the factory and packaged neatly in a cellophane bag, which has kept all hairs neatly in place. Once synthetic wigs are tried on, the hairs fall into their new shape like the pictured styles on the Synthetic Wig page at MsLola.com. If you do not like the synthetic wig you ordered after receiving it, you can no longer return it for store credit, because we can not resell it as new after you've taken it out of the bag and, or tried it on. Therefore, unless you are familiar with the look and feel of synthetic hair, you should not purchase one! ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS!!

IMPORTANT! Customers should try on human wigs and hair units upon receipt and examine them closely. If for any reason, you are not satified with the wig, you must contact Ms Lola within 48 hours for a return authorization.
Conditions apply for return stock wigs and hair units:
  1. Lace can not be cut or damaged.
  2. No adhesive products can be on the lace or hair.
  3. Hair can not be cut; wavy and curly textures can not be altered.
  4. Units must be returned in the original cellophane bag or packaging.

After authorization is given, unit must be returned no later than 5 business days. We reserve the right to reject hair units if any of the above conditions are not adhered to. NOT EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!.

CUSTOM WIG AND HAIR UNIT ORDERS
Production Times

  1. Standard Production: 5 to 6 weeks
  2. Rush Production: 21 to 25 days
  3. Super Productin: 15 to 18 days

Add 3 additional days to either production time to allow shipment from the factory.
When your unit arrives at MsLola.com You will receive An End of Production email notifying you that your order is ready to ship. If your order is paid in full, it will ship promptly via the delivery method specified on your order form. If a balance is due, your order will ship promptly after the final payment is made.

Rush Fees

  1. We try hard to meet production deadlines, however, occasionally delays of a few days to one week or longer may occur at the factory.
  2. Delays are unintentional and can result for various reasons, including a unit not passing final inspection or a Chinese holidays where our factory is closed.
  3. If your unit is delayed, MsLola.com will no longer refund any of the production fees, as this money has already been paid to our workers.
  4. If you can not accept possible delays with the production of your unit, PLEASE DO NOT choose a rush or super rush production!

ORDER SUBMISSIONS

  1. We no longer send invoices for payment of custom wig and hair unit orders.
  2. Custom orders are submitted and purchased at checkout.
  3. You may choose to make full payment or a deposit.

Custom Wig/Hair Units Return
If you made a mistake and gave wrong specifications for your unit and discovered it after the unit has been made, we WILL NOT be held accountable for this mistake, therefore CUSTOMERS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED to review Start of Productions notices carefully for errors before production starts on your units. Customers should try on wigs and hair units immediately upon receiving them to check for any incongruities.Custom wigs and hair units may be returned if the workmanship is defective, if the wrong unit is shipped or if the unit is not made with the same specifications given on the original order form. Under either of these circumstances, Ms Lola will remake the unit at her expense. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, as the unit has been made especially for you, therefore you can not return a unit simply because you've changed your mind after receiving it. All remake units will be made with the EXACT specifications from the original order form. Please do not ask for changes, as this will constitute a new order and you will have to pay for a new order. If you do have to return a unit for one of the above reasons:

  1. Contact Ms Lola within 48 hours of receiving the unit to request return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Ms Lola.
  2. All returns must be shipped with signature or delivery confirmation. USPS is cheapest.
  3. VERY IMPORTANT: Units must be returned within 7 business days of receipt, in the original condition.
  4. The lace can not be cut or damaged
  5. The hair can not be alter or restyled.

End of Production
Final payments are due when your unit arrives at MsLola.com. We will allow you 30 days after sending the End of Production notice to make payment. If payment is not received after 30 days, they become the property of MsLola.com and deposits will be forfeited, so PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A HAIR UNIT IN WHICH YOU DO NOT INTEND TO COMPLETE PAYMENT... BECAUSE YOU WILL BE THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS FORFEITURE POLICY..

WIG AND HAIR UNIT REPAIRS
We offer repairs for wigs and hair units that have been made by MsLola.com ONLY.

  1. Hair Reventilation: $100 & up
  2. Rips and tears: $75 & up
  3. Adhesive removal: $50 & up
  4. Shampoo & condition: $25 & up

Repair units are sent to the factory on the 15th of each month or the next business day after if the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or US holiday. The approximate repair time for all units is 5 to 6 weeks after unit is shipped to the factory. Hair units must be freshly shampooed with all adhesives removed from the lace or we will send it back to you. All repair fees are due before unit will ship to the factory. SEVERELY DAMAGED WIGS CAN NOT BE REPAIRED. Please contact Ms Lola before sending any unit for repairs.

ADHESIVES AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS

  1. Adhesives and solvents are neither returnable nor refundable.
  2. Unopened and unused accessory products in original packaging and wrapping may be returned for full refund minus shipping, or store credit minus shipping.

If you need to return an accesory product, you must first contact us to receive authorization. Return shipping address is: Ms Lola, 1113 N Road Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. We reserve the right to refuse any product that has been used, opened, or not in the original container or packaging.
